Bought this as a gift for my mother. Packaging is great, however the case lacks the Otterbox quality that it is known for. Construction does not feel nearly as sturdy as the traditional Otterbox designs. If you are a female and you wear makeup don't buy this product as the makeup on your cheek will be smeared onto the white trim of the case. Will be returning.
I got this case to have something different than the black otterbox that everyone else has. When I got the case, I was very disappointed by the white silicone piece. First, the edges didn't line up perfectly with the pink shell (it wasn't because I didn't fit it in properly, it was because the molding is off) making for a rough edge; and second, the part covering the "lock" button makes it extremely difficult to press - so hard that it leaves a painful imprint in my finger. Bottom line: DO NOT get the commuter series that contains the white silicone layer. My friend's black silicone layer on his commuter is MUCH softer.
