This book is awesome! Of the recipes I've tried, i have been amazed by how good they taste, how light and "normal" they are. These are sensible recipes for a family with small children, however cater to "grown up" palettes moreover. The dishes create me feel like i'm not missing anything by avoiding gluten, which makes it straightforward to avoid the unhealthy stuff. The blueberry waffle recipe was dinner last night, and i closed my eyes and sighed with delight as I bit into a truly delicious waffle for the first time since going gluten free. No mix I've tried even comes close! That one recipe alone was worth the cost of the book, however of course there are several a lot of that are merely divine. I highly advocate this book! I feel that Elizabeth has done the toil for me, that i get to profit from her decade of expertise find and creating good recipes, and i expect to her future publications on the topic. She is aware of what she's doing during a gluten free kitchen! Thank you! it's a wonderful book, and i are going to be referring it to all or any of my friends and family.
