- Perfect Book.
Life isn't wrapped up in a neat bow. There are some scars that never heal. These are facts of the planet we, and Katniss, inhabit. A flowery joyous ending would have done a great disservice to the characters still as the readers who expected, and were given, more. I cannot describe how happy i'm that this didn't devolve into a "which boy can she choose?" book - there are enough of these already. What we were given instead was an open, honest portrayal of human nature.
