A wonderful book helping us on the trail to primo nutrition. The book is brief and powerful. the info is tremendously helpful. It makes eating healthier easier. Elaina Love is my favorite Raw Chef. I met her at a Raw competition on Maui one or two of years ago, ate her food every day, and attended her seminars. So, when she writes a replacement book i buy it. thanks for this info!
